November 2007 : CENTRIC AUSTRIA INTERNATIONAL Teams up with Several Chinese Partners for three Projects under the EU-China Energy and Environment Programme (EEP)

After having been shortlisted a consortium under leadership of "The Administrative Centre for China's Agenda 21 (ACCA21)" and with the consortium members "Centric Austria International (CAI)" and the "Beijing Energy Conservation & Environment Protection Center (BEEC)" has submitted its offer to the EU-China Energy and Environment Programme Service project "Promotion of Benchmarking Tools for Energy Conservation in Energy Intensive Industries".

Additionally two further applications to the grant component of the Energy Efficiency Component of the EU-China Energy and Environment Programme are under preparation. The first is a "Feasibility Study - Best Technology Options and Policy Framework for Conservation and Substitution of Oil by Clean Coal" in team with the "China Coal Information Institute (CCII)". The second is about "Rational Energy Utilization Diagnosis Methodology and its Promotion in China’s Industrial Kilns" in team with the "China Energy Conservation Association (CECA)".

The results of the evaluation of the offer respectively the proposals are expected in early 2008.
