Independently of manufacturers and energy sources the Graz Energy Agency is finding new ways to increase efficiency. Interest in these innovative approaches to solutions is aroused through public relations work and dissemination of the corresponding know-how. Thanks to a co-operation network with efficient businesses and experienced energy experts projects are target-oriented and carried out with the best available know-how.

- Thermoprofit is a total service package developed by Graz Energy Agency which includes both the financing and the provision of specialist knowledge about third party financing.
- Energy consulting: including energy audits and concepts, profitability analysis and grant application aid as well as legal support for energy related-contracts.
- Solar initiative: comprehensive information and support of the implementation of solar collector for large scale installations.
- Energy Management: energy monitoring and energy controlling.
