Tianjin Intertech Corporation (ITC), established in 1987, is the first Sino-foreign joint venture consulting company in China with registered capital RMB 15.50 Million Yuan. The Chinese party is Tianjin Science & Technology Commission, the foreign party is Singapore ACT Group. The company boasts having dozens of highly experienced consultants, that are about 60% graduated from prestigious universities and hold Master or higher degrees. The company also has established an External Expert Network, which consists of some 200 high-profile experts from all over China, as its temporary employees or project advisers. ITC owns a 12000 M2 building at the best location of the Foreign affair area of Tianjin that contains offices, conference hall, VIP room, luxury hotel and other facilities providing convenient conditions for business activities. ITC is one of most strong consulting companies in China.
