Mission and clients
Wallner & Schauer train and advice industries, organisations and municipalities on strategic and organizational questions in regard to sustainable development. Main focus is to ensure a sustainable and successful development of the organisation in all dimensions.

Focus and services
The main focus of Wallner & Schauer are consulting and development in strategic and organisational questions towards sustainable development. The theoretical background is systems-theory combined with the paradigm of sustainable development. Wallner & Schauer are working in the following fields:
- Development and realisation of strategies (organisations, companies, programmes, cities and regions) including: vision, mission, strategy (Future-search) and balanced scorecard with the special emphasis of sustainable development
- Working with large groups, to ensure effective processes of change
- Implementation of generic and sustainable management systems (fitting the real needs of organisations, including environment, quality and energy in the overall system)
- New types of co-operation and networking
- Integrated consulting and training of companies and communities/regions (e.g. Business Agenda 21®)
- Research on innovative solutions with the emphasis on realisation and utilization of the outcomes related to the topics described above
