CENTRIC AUSTRIA INTERNATIONAL (CAI) was founded in 1997 and has managed since that time dozens of international projects, a number of them within the framework of EU co-financed projects. Upon the rich experience in the implementation of such projects CAI was recommended as training provider to the Mongolian partner, being able to provide the required expertise as efficient as possible and having sufficient country specific experience to operate the project smoothly. CAI is the overall responsible project manager and training provider of this action, in particular:

• Manage and control the project implementation according to the contracted work programme including the management of involved personnel based on job titles.
  
• Prepare training materials.
  
• Design and maintenance of the English version of project web site.
  
• Chairing meetings and training activities and provide experienced trainers and experts taking part in missions to Mongolia.
  
• Report the results also to existing expert networks in Europe, where the foreseen trainers are personally involved on national and international level.
  
• Evaluation and reporting.
