Instruction training for Mongolian experts
The initial training for the local consultants, which shall play an important role in the further training for the Mongolian enterprises, was prepared by the EU partners accordingly with proper training materials and an agenda was set out for mid of June 2006. Unfortunately the team on Mongolians side had changed again since the Kick-off-meeting in May 2006. When CAI project manager arrived in Ulaanbaatar on June 19, 2006, two days before the scheduled start of the instruction training, he was confronted with a rather unprepared Mongolian partner. He stopped the travelling of other EU experts to Mongolia to save money and did by himself a reduced programme, mainly to explain the project again to the new Mongolian team members. It was agreed to postpone the main parts of the instruction training for some weeks.Finally the instruction training was completed with success from between July 19 to 21, 2006.
