Third round of company visits

After home office preparations based on so far delivered and translated CP Assessment Reports (see Activity F) the EU experts Colum Gibson and Gerhard Weihs paid another visit to the Mongolian companies in the week from June 11 to 15, 2007. Although this mission was successful, because the companies were well prepared and motivated, the mission could have been more effective, if the Mongolian partner MNCCI had provided better translation services and had paid more presence and attention to this key mission.

Additionally to the planned activities the presence of the international experts in UB during the fourth company workshop (see Activity D) was used to hold individual meetings with each company after the workshop sessions and the remaining days of the week to stress the topics benchmarking and data compliance, which figured out to be the weaker points of the companies? performance.
