Activities
The project is organised in three phases:
o Inception phase
o Main implementation phase
o Final phase
Each phase consists of an number of distinct activities, which are broken down in several manageable tasks.

Inception phase |
Objectives of the preparation phase: Prepare project implementation with all stakeholders. Final selection of all actors and check of division of tasks in mutual understanding. Agree on all organisational, personal and financial terms according to the proposed work plan and contract conditions. Refining and adjusting planning, if necessary and recommended. Prepare utilities for the training activities of the main implementation phase. Main implementation phase |
Objectives of the main implementation phase: Implement the training activities for Mongolian companies and consultants. Continuous monitoring and evaluation of project progress. Activities during the implementation phase: D - Workshops in Mongolia E - Coaching and training on site F - Technology assessment G - Set up of the ECOPROFIT Cluster |
