Methodology
The complete project will be structured around several distinct training, consulting and assessment activities. These activities are logically combined, each build on the prior activity, which should provide a steady growing project benefit along the logical line from understanding to implementation:
o the instruction training of Mongolian consultants to increase human resources already at the beginning of the project,
o is followed by three blocs of workshops in Mongolia with the companies
o which are followed each by individual company visits
o which are followed each by technology assessment activities
The final project phase is dedicated to save results with the intention to provide a basis for most effective replication, multiplication and sustainability:
o the installation of the ECOPROFIT Cluster between the companies and the relevant institutions
o the detailed internal evaluation of results
o will be followed by an structured audit of achieved results including an examination of the participating Mongolian experts having been trained
o Project experiences are methodologically presented in a handbook owned by the Mongolian partner to ease replication.
