Forms

Forms to be used by the project partners' experts and staff members for accounting and reporting purposes:

=> For each member of the project personel a income statement form has to be completed and submitted to CENTRIC AUSTRIA INTERNATIONAL. This statement should show the monthly and daily costs of the concerned person and has to be authorised with signature by the employer or a registered tax consultant.

=> Each person working for the project has to provide periodically (monthly or quarterly) time sheets to CENTRIC AUSTRIA INTERNATIONAL to proof the actual involvement concerning time, duration and tasks of each staff member assigned to the project to justify in connex with the financial income statement the actual costs of saleries related to the project. This document has to be authorised with signatures by the employer and the staff member itself.

=> The whole project is structured into several distinct activities with clear objectives and tasks. The European and Chinese experts including the Chinese consultants to be trained have to submit to the overall responsible project manager of CENTRIC AUSTRIA INTERNATIONAL activity reports to each activity, in which they were involved.
