Description of activities
The project is organised in three phases:
· Inception phase
· Main implementation phase
· Final phase
Each phase consists of an number of distinct activities, which are broken down in several manageable tasks.
Summary of objectives and activities per phase 1. Inception phase Objectives of the preparation phase: Prepare project implementation with all stakeholders. Final selection of all actors and check of division of tasks in mutual understanding. Agree on all organisational, personal and financial terms according to the proposed workplan and contract conditions. Refining and adjusting planning, if necessary and recommended. Prepare utilities for the training activities of the main implementation phase. Activities during the inception phase: A - Kick-off meeting of project partners in China B - Instruction training for Chinese consultants C - Project web site 2. Main implemen-tation phase Objectives of the implementation phase: Implement the training activities for Chinese companies and consultants. Continous monitoring and evaluation of project progress. Activities during the implementation phase: D - Workshops in China E - Coaching and training on the job F - Technology assessment G - Business mission to Europe and match making meetings 3. Final phase Objectives of the final phase: Evaluation, saving project results and dissemination. Activities during the final phase: H - Evaluation of achievements I - Final audit of achievements J - Final award event K - Guideline for replication
