CPSU Qinghai

Qinghai Provincial Environmental and Science Research and Design Institute

The Institute was established in 1984 and up to them they have made great progress in the development of their services. As well as the Qinghai Environmental Bureau, the Institute is under the direction of the Ministry of Environment.

Chemicals
The company was established in 2002 and employs 305 persons. 20.000t of PVC and other chemical products are produced per year.  The company is facing severe problems. The marked is difficult, the equipment is outdated and poorly maintained and they are facing problems with the Environmental Protection Bureau.

Improvement Options:

  • Steam and heating – replace old boilers
