Ⅰ Company Profile

Established in September 2002, the company is located in Longchang Town, Fuquan City of Guizhou. It's a chemical enterprise that specializes in the R&D, production, sales and services of mineral feed and phosphate serial products, including industrial phosphate, food-grade phosphate and phosphate fertilizer.

Ⅱ Products and Process

The primary products are DCP and MCP, with their respective annual output being 200,000 tons and 100,000 tons. The production process involves ore breaking, mineral separation, extracting, filtering, concentration of phosphoric acid, purification of phosphoric acid, neutralization, drying and packaging.

Ⅲ CPA Objective and Achievement Status

The cleaner production audit started in September 2008 and ended in April 2009, lasting eight months. The objective and achievement status of the cleaner production is shown in Table 1.

Ⅳ Cleaner Production Audit Options and Benefits

There were altogether 46 completed cleaner production options, of which 41 were none/ low cost options and 5 were middle/high cost options. Main options include coal quality improvement and cooling tower renovation. The summary of the implementation effects of the options is shown in Table 2.
