Founded in 1996, located in Luyang Industrial Park，Hefei city, the company has become a leading enterprise in the field of seed weighing & packing machinery, food packaging machinery as well as agricultural medicinal and chemical industry packaging machinery.

Ⅱ Products and Process

The main products of this company are mechanical products, and the annual sales are 580 -800 sets. The main processing sections include assembly workshop, electric distribution workshop, metal plate workshop and glazed door trimming & cutting workshop. The assembly workshop is in charge of ex-work commissioning for finished products of packaging machine. The electric distribution workshop mainly takes charge of installation and testing of circuit components. The metal plate workshop is in charge of metal plate pulling and whole processing, and the glazed door cutting &trimming workshop is in charge of cutting trimming.

Ⅲ CPA Objective and Achievement Status

The cleaner production audit lasted 17 months; it began in August 2008, and ended in December 2009. The objective and achievement status of the cleaner production is shown in Table 1.

Ⅳ Cleaner Production Audit Options and Benefits

Thirteen cleaner production options have been developed and implemented in this round of cleaner production, including 12 none/low cost options and one middle/high cost option. The major options include the recycling of materials isolation paper or wrapping paper, improvement of discharging method and so on. The summary of the implementation effects of the options is shown in Table 2.
