Ⅱ Products and Process

The main product is the compound benzocaine gel with the annual output of 50 million pieces. Its main process includes raw material preparation, compounding, filling and external packaging, etc.

Ⅲ CPA Objective and Achievement Status

The cleaner production audit started in May, 2009, ended in December, 2009, lasting for 8 months. Nine options have been developed and implemented in this cleaner production audit work. The major options include regular maintenance and debugging for automatic ointment filling and sealing machine, strengthen cleaner production management and materials management, development of waste recycling system , all of which are none / low cost options.
