Ⅰ Company Profile

Founded in December 2005, it is located in Xiaozhai town, Lantian county, Xi'an City. The company employs advanced international level technologies and equipments with　independent intellectual property rights. It is an environment-friendly cement production　enterprise with the best location and the most comprehensive utilization of energy resources in　Shaanxi province.

Ⅱ Products and Process

The main products are divided into two categories, i.e., ordinary Portland cement and　composite Portland cement, with an annual output of 2 million tons. Production process　includes raw material preparation, raw material grinding, coal power preparation, cement clinker calcinations, cement preparation and packaging.

Ⅲ CPA Objective and Achievement Status

The cleaner production audit started in March 2009, and ended in December 2009. The audit　objective and achievement status of cleaner production is shown in Table 1.

Ⅳ Cleaner Production Audit Options and Benefits

Twenty eight cleaner production options have been developed and implemented in this　cleaner production audit work, including 23 none/low cost options and 5 middle / high cost　options. These options mainly include coal ash metering device transformation, equipment　lubrication　management, and regular replacement of separator rotor and so on. The summary　of the implementation effects of the options is shown in Table 2.
