Individual consulting and advice

In the workshops the participants in principle learn all the new aspects that - together with their experience and their knowledge of the company - are necessary to carry out a successful ECOPROFIT project. But the successful implementation of CP options is much more effective, if additional individual consulting is carried out.

Especially for the ECOPROFIT award, external support is a key factor. In addition, the work in the workshop can be done much more effectively, if it addresses the existing problems of the participating companies. Typical individual coaching/consulting activities are listed in the following:

o        Support in data inventory and analysis (input/output).

o        Support in setting up the environmental team (participation in meetings, selection of members, etc.).

o        Consulting in planning and implementation of a new waste management system.

o        Support in negotiations with disposal companies, classification of waste.

o        Material flow analysis.

o        Creation/transformation of process optimisation and minimisation options from other/same branches.

o        Energy analysis, peak load measuring.

o        Legal compliance-check together with local authorities.

o        Setting up an eco-controlling system, introduction of environmental indicators.

o        Support in test experiments.

o        Search in literature and amongst suppliers.

o        Environmental review for the Ecoprofit award.
